1. Introduction

Welcome to bet 399. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bet 399 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit or using any service offered on the bet 399 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

You must not register or use bet 399 if you are resident in, or accessing from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, or any territory listed on internationally recognised sanctions lists.

Accounts identified as originating from restricted territories will be suspended and deposits refunded where possible.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bet 399 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bet 399 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a Rs 500 bonus means Rs 15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Only one active bonus may be applied to an account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one is active is not permitted.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds are used first for wagering. Bonus funds are applied after the real-money balance is exhausted.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the bet 399 platform operate under the following general principles:

• All slot and casino game outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the platform or any player.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over very large numbers of game rounds. Individual session results will naturally deviate from the theoretical RTP.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet 399 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and collusion: Any attempt to defraud the platform or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using software to exploit promotional terms, or any systematic manipulation of bonus structures.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Bet 399 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration or verification information.
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account). Dormant accounts will be notified by email 30 days before the account is deactivated. Remaining balances will be held for a further 6 months and returned on request.
• Request by the player themselves to close their account.
